Missing HUT Challenge Pack

After I completed the Ultimate Challenges- Mar 31-Apr 4 against the Regina Pats.  I got the of the rewards 1,000 coins & Breakout pack, but not the Connor Bedard Jersey Numbers (UT/Non Ech).  When I look under the unopened packs it shows that I have a pack but when I click on "unopened packs" it says that I "have no unopened packs".  I have exited and re-entered HUT and nothing has changed.  I also turned off the game but it is the same.

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue
