Missing HUT rewards

I did not receive any HUT rewards. Made it to Pro1 level. Yet I did not receive any rewards. No card packs nor coins. Mail box is completely empty. Its quite unmotivating. Any help would be great.

    Squad Battles rewards are released on Thursdays at 2 PM PST.
