Missing loyalty rewards
Hi.
I didn't know loyalty packs where coming until now. My hut23 unopened packs for some time shows that i have 5 packs, but when i open...its empty. I thought it was glitch, but apparently it's loyalty packs i need to receive as i played 20 and 21 hut. I contacted ea help, but all i got in answer is to restart my system or check server errors, but im playing game without connection problems (mostly) and switch on/off my system every day. But still no rewards have appeared except 5 unopened packs that don't appear.
Would be nice to get some help.
