My lines didnt show up

Of course, when I press the button to change lines. This will display the menu of lines.

This doesn't solve my problem of missing lines at the start of the throw-in, see video. (I don't know how else to describe it). It should be obvious to everyone after watching it.

This will appear only after the COACH ADJUSTMEN menu pops up. (which usually happens in the middle of the game)

after this event, the throw-in normally looks like this! As it should be.

I DO hope that's clear what I'm getting at.
