I am getting the network connection issue error when trying to connect to NHL 23 servers. I have tested with Fifa and that doesnt seem to be an issue there. I was in a game yesterday when my internet connection at home died. Since then I havent been able to get back on.
Any help appreciated.

FYI - I am on an Xbox Series X and a wired internet connection
I can’t connect to the servers either, figures I only need a few wins to hit ultimate rewards for rivals and now I don’t even get the chance to try. Thanks EA.
Booted game on PS5 at 4pm Eastern to finish up RUSH.
Before game would start, an Update was downloaded and installed.
Clicked on HUT and got the Sorry EA Servers are down. Go check server status.
I check server status and sure enough it says its UP.
Reboot PS5, relaunch game, still NO GOOD...
Was getting network connection issue message again after server down alert was gone. Restarted and it seems to be working now. Had rebooted numerous times before this (I actually quit and relaunch the game every time I play because it seems to make the game freeze less on Squads startup and I got sick of paying 500 coins to replay games that didnt happen)

The servers are up and running. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I can't play online games in NHL 23 after the most recent update...... What's the deal EA? I'm on Xbox series X.
And yet again EA screws up, went to log in today to get a couple of SB games in before the cutoff at 2pm pacific. All I keep getting is an error code so I tried hut champs and rivals and just get the same error code. Are EA programmers so incompetent that they can’t patch a game without screwing it up for a couple of days? Seriously this is totally unacceptable from a supposed AAA game developer but what does EA care they have our money already.
