The servers are up and running. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

We have restarted our modem multiple time. We have uninstalled and reinstalled NHL 23 several times. We have unplugged the Xbox One several times. After all of that, we STILL CANNOT play online. We tested it with FIFA and NBA and both off those allow us to play online. NHL 23 is our only digital game and it’s the only one with this issue. What is left to do? My son has spent about $200 on his HUT team and now he can’t use it. MAKE THIS RIGHT!
