Network Connection Issue - Cant Connect to Game

Hello, I am getting the network connection issue error when trying to connect to NHL 23 servers.  I have tested with Fifa and that doesnt seem to be an issue there.  I was in a game yesterday when...

I am still having this same problem (cannot connect to the EA Sports server). It has been at least 4 continuous days. I have rebooted my router and the PS4 multiple times. I even logged into the NHL22 server acceptably. Can you fix this problem?

How did you perform the reboot. It should be done with these steps - unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

    I did exactly what you said and still get the same NETWORK CONNECTION ISSUE. Got another solution to try?

      @Nerdy_Dad1 

      As a test, can you see if switching your connection to a mobile hotspot works? Again, this is just a test and not meant to be permanent.

        Hi 

        I was able to connect via my hotspot, and also without the hotspot the next day.

        Does that mean I need to make any changes on my side?
