Network Connection Issue - Cant Connect to Game

Hello, I am getting the network connection issue error when trying to connect to NHL 23 servers.  I have tested with Fifa and that doesnt seem to be an issue there.  I was in a game yesterday when...

I did exactly what you said and still get the same NETWORK CONNECTION ISSUE. Got another solution to try?

As a test, can you see if switching your connection to a mobile hotspot works? Again, this is just a test and not meant to be permanent.

    Hi 

    I was able to connect via my hotspot, and also without the hotspot the next day.

    Does that mean I need to make any changes on my side?

      Are you saying you were able to connect on your normal connection now?

        I was able to do so for a few days using my normal internet connection with my router (in the same room).

        However yesterday I got the same network connection issue message trying to start the game normally, so I had to hot-spot it again to get access.
