New Franchise Mode Suggestions

Hello, I have a few suggestions that I've always wanted for future games. 

1. The ability to retire numbers in Franchise Mode. It would also be cool if in Be A Pro Mode you could have your player's number retired.

2. That older players in Franchise Mode had veteran experience that could maybe slightly boost stats of linemates in the playoffs or something. Somehow veteran experience plays a small part in constructing a team. 

3. It would be a nice touch of you could see what awards a player has won when you click on player information. Maybe ones with a Stanley Cup could have that veteran experience that I was talking about above.

4. After your Franchise Mode reaches the end, you get your stats of how many cups you won, what you winning % was, etc.
