Hello I am having an issue purchasing points. When I go to do it is saying: unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.
This has been happening since saturday and I tried again last night. Please help me be able to purchase points again. Thank you.
Those purchases are going through Sony's payment system so it's not something we can help with. Have you tried contacting their support to see if they can shed some light on this?

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
Ok I have done this before and just did it now but it's still not working. What else could cause this? Also if you needed to know I am on PS5

Hey sorry took so long to respond. I was at work. So I went to playstation.com and tried to purchase and I even get error their that says something went wrong. See attached.

I started to figure that might be case when you told me to try on playstation.com. I am contacting their support. It literally says that I am # 501 in the que. 500 in front of me. lol
Any suggestions on another way to contact them? Even if it's just an email so I don't literally have to wait in que.
