NHL 23 Cross-Platform Technical Playtest - PS5 Platform Feedback

Hi all!

I've been playtesting for the last two days now and have a few key notes I've noticed on the PS5. Please note that these are not bugs or glitches, just things that caught my eye that were done well or could be improved:

  • Haptic vibration feedback while skating/doing anything - This seems to be overdone. I understand wanting to expand on the amazing haptics of the PS5 controllers, but is there a way that can be implemented to dial this feature back? It felt as though throughout my playtest yesterday in HUT it was just a constant stream of vibration, whereas so far today in my World of Chel playtesting, it seems to have corrected itself. Was this perhaps intentional on lower skilled players (Lower stat HUT players on my team to be exact) to really make it feel like a "grind" to move around? Just something that immediately stood out to me as something I would definitely like to adjust.
  • The HUT draft challenge I believe is what it was called? I'm assuming this may have been introduced last year, but man was this a blast to play. A lot of fun and several arcade like factors that would definitely have me sinking a lot of time towards.
  • World of Chel playtesting today has been fun, but I assume with a limited crowd, there's no helping the wait times for games. As for the UI layout, I would have one major suggestion I'd like to make to improve my personal Quality of Life, and that is to make apparent any and all 'Single-Player Only' game modes. I find that it's sometimes difficult to determine right away if it's a game mode that I need to play online only, or if there's an option for me to jump and start playing solo right away.

Otherwise, great stuff so far guys! Keep up the great work and thank you for inviting to test this game out!

Cheers!
