Nhl 23 error

Upon starting the game during the “connecting to EA” screen, the game crashes. We get the message “Something went wrong. WV-109156-2” and then the following text in the top left corner of the screen… ERROR: 0x00000023 SSLError: 0x00000000 SSL connect error -PS5 System Software is up to date - NHL 23 is updated -Closing the Game and restarting PS5 does not solve the problem. It seems EA are having issues with their servers as it only (and always) happens when “reading save data”. Shame i cannot play the game offline. There’s no way to get into the game anymore.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to open the game on PS5. It never starts because it crashes upon trying to establish a connection.
What happens when the bug occurs? It crashes. The only way to get out of the error message screen is to force shut down the application.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to connect and show me the main menu.
