Can not open starter pack, have done the steps suggested, still getting error, still getting frustrated. See image for error.

Hello, everyone. Are any of you on Xbox? I'm trying to find out if this is a PS4/5 issue only. Something else to try is completely power cycling your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue and I'm on Xbox X. You are however aware of this as you're dealing with it on another thread in the technical issues forum....

One thing you can try is taking a penalty and letting the cutscene play out. After that, play may return to normal.
For everyone else not able to open your starter pack, try changing your team name. It's possible this is happening when choosing a team name that is already in use.
