NHL 23 HUT PRIZE/ COIN RIP OFF
My gamer tag is ZACKHAMMER304 on XBOX ONE SERIES X I play NHL 23 hut everyday ranked. So the more games you win you level up to diamond and ultimate. 4 times now I have made it to ultimate and on the last game that should have put me at the top of the ultimate class, Therefore earning the 60,000 coin prize. ( I have did this 4 times) and every time I win the last game to earn the prize it says you have 0 games left to earn hut points to earn the prize. This is fraud in my book I have played religiously, earned and I’m wanting to collect my earned prize. It won’t let me earn points for a whole week after I get the code. I know EA has it set up like this so they don’t have to pay out the prizes it’s straight up ridiculous. Will not be purchasing anymore NHL. I have called EA 4to 5 times get the same response there is nothing we can do will send it to our gaming team. This game I feel is shady with online play from ea and other online gamers. Does anyone else have this problems at ultimate rank not receiving there prize. Thanks

As you can see in that pic, you've hit the limit for Rivals matches in a week. Points won't be gained once that limit is reached.
