Nhl 23 keeps crashing
Hi I have this problem with nhl 23 on series x , almost everytime I'm in a game with my hut it crash or my xbox turns off , I can't play a single game its been months . I tried everyting

Community ManagerIs your system well ventilated? If it's shutting off, it could be heat related.
Have you tried installing the game to the external hard drive instead of internal?
I hate to be that guy but it's been several months now (since the initial release) and the game is still broken in this aspect I'm sure we're not the only ones having this issue, surely you guys could have found the bug and fixed the game by now? I don't think the problem is on our end it based on the fact EA is notorious for releasing broken/buggy games, you guys have done the same thing with FIFA soon to be EAFC, release broken games year after year and still expect people to fork out more money for the same game that's just as broken as the last only difference is new gimmicks to hide the fact the game isn't released as a finished product but just the same broken product

We have gotten very few reports on this and haven't been able to reproduce it. Without that, we won't be able to find a fix. Is your console plugged in to a wall outlet or are you using a power strip?
My game will dashboard randomly....sometimes during face offs, I'll lose connection to the EA servers, or so the message says.
My internet doesn't go down. My streaming Pandora doesn't blink. I don't lose connection to the Xbox live services, so it's clearly on EA's end. Happens wired or wireless, via my modem or on my router.
Every year, every version, connection issues plague this game. Maybe one of these years EA will pay attention.

Come over and try mine, I have only had this series x and nhl23 since Christmas. Crashes every time I play versus... fix the problem please, nothing more frustrating than, first paying for something that doesn't work, no one on your end seems to care. Everyone just gets the run around right.Don't try blaming my internet connection because I have BELL 5G HIGH SPEED INTERNET here and it's better reception than NASA gets.

Is your game crashing to the desktop or are you losing connection? Online Versus games aren't played on our servers. Either you or your opponent is the host. Also, high speed is fantastic, but it doesn't guarantee a good connection. Especially, if you're playing wireless.
This is a ridiculous comment. There are several reports in this community alone you have responded to with this very account. If you do a google search for “nhl 23 freezing during shift similulatuon” or “nhl 23 freezing during be a pro” you can literally see hundreds of people that have posted with this same issue. It happens every game I play now to the point it has ruined my Be a pro experience by the 3rd season. it has increased in frequency. Why release an $70 product that your players can’t even play? Seriously just do a google search you can’t deny many of us are giving up on the game altogether between here, Reddit, etc.

We're aware of those. Hopefully, they'll be fixed in the future. I just don't have any news on them now.
