Nhl 23 keeps crashing
Hi I have this problem with nhl 23 on series x , almost everytime I'm in a game with my hut it crash or my xbox turns off , I can't play a single game its been months . I tried everyting

Come over and try mine, I have only had this series x and nhl23 since Christmas. Crashes every time I play versus... fix the problem please, nothing more frustrating than, first paying for something that doesn't work, no one on your end seems to care. Everyone just gets the run around right.
Don't try blaming my internet connection because I have BELL 5G HIGH SPEED INTERNET here and it's better reception than NASA gets.

Community ManagerIs your game crashing to the desktop or are you losing connection? Online Versus games aren't played on our servers. Either you or your opponent is the host. Also, high speed is fantastic, but it doesn't guarantee a good connection. Especially, if you're playing wireless.

No sir, hooked up direct to the bell box with a high end ethernet cable, 5G was installed a month before we got the box. Every other game has ran just fine, Fortnite, MWF 2, GTA 5, road blocks, mind craft, everything runs great except NHL'23. - EA_Aljo
It sounds like you're disconnecting and not crashing. Is this only happening in Online Versus or do other modes in NHL 23 disconnect also?
Sorry, it crashes or disconnects on everything, season mode offline, ones, chel, versus online... everything. I have even tried other ea sports games and they all do the same thing. Crash and it takes me back to the xbox home screen.

Which console are you on? If other games are doing this, it's possible there's an issue with your console. Make sure it is well ventilated and the vents are clear of any dust and debris.
No real response to this issue. I'm also having this issue as many others are also staying they have as well.
I only play be a pro and on Xbox one s. Well ventilated. Reinstalled. Defaulted settings. Still crashing. Might get one game in before the next one crashes.

If you're crashing and going back to the Xbox home screen, it's possible your save is corrupt. You can try deleting the personal saved data, but this also runs the risk of deleting your offline saves. If you start a new BAP, does the crashing still happen?
That is an unfortunate response.
If that is the case I'll probably just not play anymore. I'm far into the season playing every game and it's not worth the time.
Thankfully I didn't actually buy this game.

You may want to still try deleting that data. Normally, it will download again from the cloud. I just can't guarantee it.
