On a week now of not being able to connect, I can play any other game perfectly fine. Even went out of my way to buy an ethernet cable and wifi range extender believing one of those may fix the issue to no avail. Would be lovely if I could talk with someone on the phone about it instead of sending a million emails, tweeting at EA, or responding on forums.
Hello, everyone. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I am still having this problem with no answer from anyone. It’s not my wifi it’s the game.

Are you disconnecting mid-game or are you not able to connect at all?
Also, I see you submitted a bug when you opened a case. That won't get a response since it's a bug report and not a request for support. You would need to choose technical support instead of bug report to get an answer.

It has now been almost 2 months now and I still have not been able to fix this problem. I have tried everything that I can possibly do at this point.

Mine started this today gave me a huge long error code and I've reset my Xbox and downloaded the game again. Still same issue. Internet is fine and I can play everything but online. Checked to see if I was banned and I am not so I have no clue what to do
