On a week now of not being able to connect, I can play any other game perfectly fine. Even went out of my way to buy an ethernet cable and wifi range extender believing one of those may fix the issue to no avail. Would be lovely if I could talk with someone on the phone about it instead of sending a million emails, tweeting at EA, or responding on forums.

Internet connection isn’t the issue, the game works on my Xbox and not my friends, I took my Xbox to his house and the game still worked, then we took his to mine and his Xbox still didn’t work at my house. This is an ea problem that needs fix! Ridiculous we spend $100 on a game that doesn’t work!

That sounds like it could be a problem with your friend's console. If they want to contact our support, we can try to help. So far, we're getting very few reports of not being able to connect to online modes, but will most certainly keep watching for them.

I am on a ps5. I have been on the phone all day with PlayStation and ea! I tried everything they suggested and nothing works! This is a ea bug of some kind. I asked for a refund as I won’t be able to get a spotlight card now from doing objectives. Ea says to contact Sony since it was bought on PlayStation, PlayStation says it was downloaded and so they referred me back to ea! One big mess!
