Nhl 23 online modes dont work at all

I can't play any of the online game modes it just says network error I know it's not my network because everything else works fine and I know the servers are working as well is anyone else experienci...

We're not aware of this being a game issue since we're getting very few reports of it What system do you play on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?

Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System/storage/Saved Data. Locate NHL 23 and delete the saved data. Let me know what happens.

I factory reset Xbox wouldn’t that delete all data?

    If you chose the option to delete everything, it should, but it would be good to still do this to be sure.

    Now that the update happened it works, hope everyone else’s did too! Funny how it was blamed on everything else
