@EA_Aljo thanks for your support on this issue so far. I'm having the same problem, even AFTER the 1.1.0 update - every time I launch the game, for many days now, I'm told "Unable to connect to the EA servers at this time". So I can't play any online game modes in NHL 23. Very frustrating for a product I paid for... I also have an EA play subscription too. Very peeved.
I tried:
- changing internet connections (tethering to my mobile phone)
- NHL 22 / Battlefield V online still works. So I definitely think it's an issue with my account / NHL23
- clearing my local save data storage for NHL 23. Didn't fix
- redownloading NHL 23 entirely. Didn't fix
- power cycling my PS4, modem, & router
Some info about me:
- I'm on PS4 (wireless connection), my account name is ryanodd999
- I played the early access trial for the full 10 hours
- I have an EA play subscription
- this started when I was sitting in the auction house AFK and my session timed out. When I went to play HUT again I first saw this 'Unable to Connect' error and haven't been able to connect since.
Would really appreciate support on this issue. I've been unable to play HUT for many days now. If this can't be fixed I would like a refund.

Thanks for all those details. It's appreciated. Try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
If that still doesn't help, try rebuilding the database with the steps here. Also, restore your licenses with these instructions.

@EA_Aljo thanks again for your support here! Still no luck...
I tried using alternate DNS servers, rebuilding the database, and restoring my licenses. All didn't fix it.
I also tried making a second PSN account (ryanodd001) to see if that could access NHL23 servers. It also couldn't get in.Again, both accounts can access NHL22 online so there's something fishy going on here. See my previous post for all details
Any other ideas? Is there a chance you can access logs on your end to see why I'm being rejected by the servers? Or is this problem entirely client-side?
