Thanks for all those details. It's appreciated. Try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
If that still doesn't help, try rebuilding the database with the steps here. Also, restore your licenses with these instructions.
@EA_Aljo thanks again for your support here! Still no luck...
I tried using alternate DNS servers, rebuilding the database, and restoring my licenses. All didn't fix it.
I also tried making a second PSN account (ryanodd001) to see if that could access NHL23 servers. It also couldn't get in.
Again, both accounts can access NHL22 online so there's something fishy going on here. See my previous post for all details
Any other ideas? Is there a chance you can access logs on your end to see why I'm being rejected by the servers? Or is this problem entirely client-side?

Can you try switching to a mobile hotspot? This is just as a test and not meant to be a permanent solution. I want to see if you're able to connect on a connection outside your home network.

Did you power cycle your console after making the switch? If not, try that now.
Do you have a home network you can connect to? Mobile hotspots are not reliable for online gaming.
- 3 years ago@EA_Aljo I primarily use a hotspot for 22 and I never had many issues and now i can’t get online with 23.
