Nhl 23 online modes dont work at all

Community ManagerThat's crucial to the power cycling process. Is your router somewhere you don't have access to? Also, are you on a wireless connection? One other thing, have you tried connecting to a wireless hotspot? If not, give that a try. It's only as a test and not meant to be a permanent solution.
I'm using a wireless connection and I don't have a hotspot. I'm not allowed to disconnect my router. I've tried switching my WiFi connection to the 5G version since I have a regular and 5G version of my WiFi that I can connect to.

Unfortunately, as long as you remain on a wireless connection, disconnects and lag are to be expected.
Routers need power cycling now and then so chances are good that would help. Especially, if it's been a long time since you did that last.
But is it normal to only be affecting NHL 23? I have no connection problems with other games. Even NHL 22 still works with no issues.

Every game is different so it's possible you'll have lag with one game where another may not. My best advice is to try using a wire and see if there's a difference.
