Hello, everyone. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I am still having this problem with no answer from anyone. It’s not my wifi it’s the game.

Are you disconnecting mid-game or are you not able to connect at all?
Also, I see you submitted a bug when you opened a case. That won't get a response since it's a bug report and not a request for support. You would need to choose technical support instead of bug report to get an answer.

It has now been almost 2 months now and I still have not been able to fix this problem. I have tried everything that I can possibly do at this point.

Are you still on a wireless connection with your router on another floor? If so, did you try moving close enough for a wire to see if there's a difference? If you have to stay on a wireless connection, make sure it's a 5G connection. Also, it would be good to put your console on its own wireless channel. That can be done in the router settings. It won't stop this from happening, but may help a bit. Unfortunately, wireless is just too unstable. Especially with that much distance as well as walls and floors being in the way to get a good connection to the router.
