Nhl 23 online modes dont work at all

Honestly this years game has countless bugs right now, it is NOT your internet nor anyone else’s. It’s constantly crashing, kicking people from lobbies and games. I’m tired of being told it’s my internet or our routers. It needs to be fixed, it’s almost unplayable because of the messy server issues EA can’t figure out.

cant be my internet or router because every other game works perfectly fine EXCEPT nhl 23.

Try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I really think it’s ridiculous you keep saying thinks about the internet connection. I have madden and fifa 23 both work online just fine! NHL 23!! Is the game having issues not the internet. It’s Almost February and I am still having this issue not being able ti connect yo the server.

When are you unable to connect? Is it when you first launch the game?

I’m having the same problem as everyone else. This seems like a big issue with EA, we should not have to put this much effort into logging into a game. Especially how much the game costs. I’m on ps4 and have tried so many methods multiple times and nothing works, I don’t think it’s our wifi.

As a test, can you switch to a wired connection to see if that makes a difference?

this is still an issue somehow, I can play Madden, 2k and other online games but when it comes to playing NHL the second I attempt to play online against other people the game fails to find an opponent
