@Cave_Waverider Found a fix while in game, power controller off then on again. When it brings you to the team select page you’ll see the ghost controller and the second controller. Without doing anything turn the controller off again. Both should disappear, turn your controller off and on again and select team before the second controller shows up again. Then it should be fixed.
