Thanks for reaching out about this. What control scheme are you using? NHL 94? Have you tried Hybrid and Skill Stick? Is it an issue there as well?

Would you be able to get me a video of this?
Possibly - but all you would see is a player *not* passing.... I experience this on any controller I have tried (all legit Sony PS4 controllers). The X button is also for changing active player - this is *never* a problem - but X for passing... this fails at least 3x per game. Very odd.

If there were some way to show passes not activating, that would greatly help. I'll pass on the report though. Thank you.
