Nhl 23 standard edition loyalty discount

Hi, on the EA website, it says NHL 23 standard edition will be 20% off post release for those who have played NHL 22. It says you can access this deal through the NHL 22 menu. However, when I load up...

I have the same problem, when I play NHL22 it only shows the “Change accessibility settings” banner.  No option to purchase NHL23 from the NHL22 menu.

        I do not have an update on this yet. The best I can advise is to keep checking NHL 22 for the discount screen. I know this is still being investigated.
