@Nammer604WOW now I don't want to here from the Community managers on how we have to adapt this video is by far the most proof you can get that the game is broken and we really don't want to play any more until fixed. I opted out of the Championship that starts today because how broken the game is. I posted a message about how the defense is unplayable and they say we need to adapt. NO EA you need to adapt and fix your Game. CAN EVERYONE PLEASE +XP the first post on this thread to really get the word out This game sucks and if you google NHL 23 rating it is not even a 2 out of 5 and I would never buy something with that low of a rating I guess except hockey. DONE

This video perfectly showcases why we all have problems with this game. Instead of coming in here and commenting on the video itself and having a discussion about our criticism of the game, they came in here to shut it down and deleted the video instead. Okay so maybe the video can't be hosted on these forums due to rules. I will accept that. But why has nobody from EA even acknowledged this video?

We give them one with many of our complaints we have right in one easy to watch video. Instead of being helpful and commenting on the video that clearly shows issues, they instead decided it was against rules and deleted it. Ok so no I get that it might be against rules here because of the swearing but at least take the time and address the actual content of the video guys. This is why we are all so upset. We constantly provide video, and nothing is ever done beyond the "well pass it along" messages.
This one makes me more mad because it's a full video of nothing but things we all take issue with, and it seems like they don't want to deal with it so they delete it instead. Maybe I'm wrong but unless someone from EA starts a dialogue about it, we can only assume they just didn't want to discuss the real issues this game has.
The video probably was forwarded to the team, it just couldn't stay on the forums due to language (I think there is a minimum age requirement to make accounts here but there are still rules everyone needs to abide by).
If OP or anyone can find the video and just reupload with muted audio, everything should be perfect for further discussion.
