That's my point. They always ask for video. We give them one with many of our complaints we have right in one easy to watch video. Instead of being helpful and commenting on the video that clearly shows issues, they instead decided it was against rules and deleted it. Ok so no I get that it might be against rules here because of the swearing but at least take the time and address the actual content of the video guys. This is why we are all so upset. We constantly provide video, and nothing is ever done beyond the "well pass it along" messages.
This one makes me more mad because it's a full video of nothing but things we all take issue with, and it seems like they don't want to deal with it so they delete it instead. Maybe I'm wrong but unless someone from EA starts a dialogue about it, we can only assume they just didn't want to discuss the real issues this game has.
The video probably was forwarded to the team, it just couldn't stay on the forums due to language (I think there is a minimum age requirement to make accounts here but there are still rules everyone needs to abide by).
If OP or anyone can find the video and just reupload with muted audio, everything should be perfect for further discussion.
