NHL 23 Ultimate Team Failed to Retrieve Data

I have this same problem, this entire game has got SO many issues for online play! WHY!? In Hut I can’t do any challenges without getting the “failed to retrieve data error message.” Then god forbid I try to start an online game…haha yeah right that works every 15th try or so. What is going on with you guys? Is this because I’m on a ps4 and haven’t broken down and wanted to spend another $500 on another worthless PlayStation system? You say change your team name, does that mean START OVER!? Lose all my players and coins!? Give me a BREAK!!

I am having this same exact issue but in World of Chel. Loads in maybe 1/3 times and when I do load in, it loads in so slowly and when I select anything it error codes and boots me back to the main menu. This just started happening tonight. Should I try editing my player name?

This is an issue we're currently looking in to. Would you be able to get some video of what's happening? Also, could you send me a private message with your gamertag or PSN ID and the console you play on? Thanks!

Hey, I'm getting this issue all the time in hut when I try to play Squad Battles or online play. I've had my team for a month now.
