Hi. Both today and yesterday my friend and I tried to access world of Chel to play…. For about an hour and a half trying, we both were constantly kicked out or unable to access it to begin with. We tried restarting our games, our consoles, disconnecting from the internet… nothing has worked. I just tried again and I still have the same issue.

We do not share an account. Xfinity is my ISP, not sure about him... I do want to note that Online versus mode works for me. I have been able to matchmake games. Additionally, other games with online aspects outside of NHL 23 have worked for me throughout this issue
