Are you and your friend sharing an account? Is AT&T your ISP?

    We do not share an account. Xfinity is my ISP, not sure about him... I do want to note that Online versus mode works for me. I have been able to matchmake games. Additionally, other games with online aspects outside of NHL 23 have worked for me throughout this issue

      Is this only happening when the 2 of you play together? Also, is it only in club games or does it happen in drop-ins as well?

        @EA_Aljo It happens together and separately. It affects both club games and drop-ins because I usually get kicked out before entering the WOC homescreen or while navigating the WOC menu
