NHL 23 X factor edition only working for Xbox One version

I installed NHL 23 X factor edition on series X, and I am not getting any CHEL or Be A Pro bonuses from the X factor edition. However they do load on the Xbox One version for some reason. Is there an...

No I loaded up the series X verison first, but nothing was showing up for days of installing and uninstalling, so i loaded up the xbox one version and everything loaded on that version only for some reason.
