nhl 23 Xbox one stays stuck on home screen and not loading

Hi , I also am having this issue and have tried everything reboot , clear cache , and uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Nothing at all has worked out. Very frustrating!! Have you had any luck ? i have a little information on when closing the NHL 23 game after playing to save it and then go back to your xbox Home screen and Not to just shut down the console all at once as i normally do with my contoller ..

Did you try what I suggested with unplugging devices?

Yes. I unplugged everything for 2 minutes and the same result. I know it was mentioned to close out the nhl game first then the Xbox one, not to shut down all with the controller at once. Maybe that's where the bug came from. So , I guess I should just go to nhl 24 . Really disgusted. However I appreciate your help.

Did you also check to see if any other devices were plugged in to the USB ports? Those need to be removed before starting up the game. Unplugging your console and router for 2 minutes is also something else to try, but having other peripherals plugged in to the USB ports like a racing wheel, headset, dongle for another controller/headset, can also make this happen.

Yes I did exactly and nothing else was plugged in to the console. Only the power cord and USB  cord .

Try deleting your personal. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 24 tile.
2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

If that doesn't help, try deleting the alternate MAC address with these steps:

1. Go to your Xbox Settings
2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Good Morning ! , i was thinking maybe to just restart my season on season mode and try again with restarting a brand new season. Do you think this problem will reoccur ?  Thank you
