Community ManagerDid you power cycle your equipment when switching to a wire? If not, try that with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely.
If that doesn't help, clear your alternate MAC address with these instructions:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I edited my lines and ever since this has been happening and it’s a couple week now and I phoned Xbox also

Interesting this started happening after you edited your lines. Try creating a new lineup and set it to active. Then try playing again.

As a test, can you change your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I'd like to see if something other than your home connection has the same issue.
