When playing nhl 23 online on Xbox s it leggs for a bit then kicks me out and says I lost connection with the other player. I already cleared the Mac and disconnected the modem. I’ve also tried to uninstall the game * the Xbox off and reinstall the game and that still didn’t resolve the issue. I play battlefield 2042 and no issue. I’m also running 5ghz for my online. Please someone tell me what’s going on. I love this game!!

Community ManagerThanks for trying. Next, let's see if alternate DNS settings will help. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
