I started a very similar thread in the Game Suggestions-section as I completely missed this one. Most of my suggestions have already been talked about in this thread to be honest, so it's pretty clear what we Franchise Mode players would like to see in the NHL 24.

- Hair and beard progression throughout a player's career. I hate having bald 18 yo or have them have grey hair and not being able to change it. Same thing with the big beards. It would be cool though it the players would become bald or grey at a further point in their career.
