Drop Ins/Clubs both will not allow me to pick my position or back out of the game. I can move to customize and so on but no leave the lobby unless I quit the game. I have reinstalled the game 5+ times and restarted my Xbox multiple times and still won’t work. Please help as I paid $60 for an unplayable game!
Good afternoon. I think this has been addressed before but no fixes work for me. I purchased the game (NHL 23) on Release date, and got the physical disc. My buddy and I play 3v3 in World of Chel on a team. Every time I get into the dressing room, I can not choose a position or back out. The Right/Left Triggers work to move along the top, but as far as choosing a position/loadout, i can hear the noise like im choosing it, but nothing will actually choose.
The ONLY way to get it to work, which does work every time, is a hard reset of my xbox (Hold power button for 10 seconds, unplug for 5 seconds, restart).
This is pretty damn annoying. Its the only mode I play and I cant play it anymore without a hard reset. Also, I can not hard reset BEFORE i start playing. It only works if I do the hard reset once the position choise has failed. Please tell me you have a fix...

I am currently having the same issue, except mine happens every single time I load onto EASHL World fo Chel.
Are there any other solutions as EA Support informed me to come here after troubleshooting.

This sounds like a different issue since you can't load into WoC. Which game are you playing? You posted this on the NHL 23 forums, but if it's NHL 24, I'll move it to those boards. Also, which console are you playing on?
