NHL23 Missing Created Unassigned Players in Franchise Mode

Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Sturges 17
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create an unassigned player that is draft age. Start a franchise mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Unassigned players don't show up in franchise mode
What do you expect to see? Unassigned players show up in their respective draft years
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

I created a few players that were unassigned so they would show up in their respective draft years. When I started up the franchise mode and played it; they never showed up in the draft. The players that I created that were assigned to a team are all there but the unassigned ones that should show up through the draft are completely missing from franchise mode.

    @Jake_Sturges17 Oh, so that is how they intended to get around 320 players having to be crammed onto team rosters - make the unassigned ones not propagate. Sloppy, EA. Sloppy.

    And this is where they needed to create a pending pool or allow you to assign players directly to teams - so they wouldn't break draftables and pending UFAs being added manually into the game.
