Nhl23 SQUAD BATTLE RANK POINTS GLITCHED

Every time I start the game and go into squad battle mode I always check my RANK and every time I do it seems it somehow keeps dropping  negative point I have put tons of work in to get and bc of this problem it seems like I’m never going to get past my goal to get to elite 1 or maybe higher but that’s impossible to get if the I’m losing points when I’m not even playing the game yes I have screen shots to prove this and I definitely hope ea can fix this ASAP please fix it or I’m not playing Nhl23 anymore or ever again in my life

    These are 2 different games so there are going to be differences in these modes.

    If you can get some video of penalties not being called, I'll make sure it gets reported. Thanks!
