Community ManagerOk. Unfortunately, I don't have anything to suggest for this. It sounds like an issue with older versions of the game. I haven't heard of this happening with NHL 24 or 25. It's not something that would be fixed for NHL 23.
Ok.. will I guess I will speed up my regular season and play through the playoffs and start playing NHL24 and see what’s happens. Thanks for your quick response and advice. Stay tuned!

I'm not guaranteeing it's fixed in 24. I just haven't heard of it happening. If you have an Xbox Game Pass subscription, 24 and 25 are available with EA Play so you could try it out.
