No Online Access
I cant access any online content. I have tried every single suggestion I have read from previous year’s threads. Theres is No way to contact a chat agent as when I click connectivity issues, it just ...

customer service says the account is connected to an inactive ea account. Which doesn’t make sense as I have access to the ea account with the matching email. The account I’m supposedly tied to doesn’t exist.
If your gamertag is already connected to another account, you'll need to contact an advisor and verify ownership to get it moved to another account.
I'm having issues connecting to the online services on NHL 23. I've done everything I can do. It keeps showing the incorrect email and phone number. I've updated everything to the new number and email. It's still showing the wrong email. What else can I do?
