So I finally have released the NHL 23 version of KHL to the ones who play the game on Xbox Series X.
The shared file is "KHL" and includes all 22 KHL teams, 11 former KHL teams, all 4 All Star Teams and 6 extra teams. Over 560 created players and over 90 created goalies.
I hope you all will enjoy this even without Full Broadcast settings... ☹️
The best would be the possibility to edit rosters in an external application on PC. Something like Fifa Creation Centre used to have in 2012.

And then share it across all versions. I still don't understand why we have separate roster sharing on Xbox and PS

- Extraliga, Slovakia (12 teams)
- Swiss League [2nd tier in Switzerland] (10 teams)
- DEL 2 [2nd tier in Germany] (14 teams)
Junior leagues
- USHL (16 teams)
- NAHL (29 teams)
Tournaments for national teams
- IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship (10 teams)
- Olympics (Men's and Women's) (Men's 12 teams, Women's 10 teams)
- IIHF World Championship Division 1A (6 teams)
- IIHF World Championship Division 1B (6 teams)
Others
- PHF [Women's legue] (7 teams)
NCAA Div. 1 and CJHL would be great added to NHL 24, but 63 NCAA Division 1 teams has been shared to seven divisions (Atlantic Hockey, Big Ten, CCHA, ECAC, Hockey East, NCHC and Independent). In CJHL is 118 team and these teams has been shared 9 different leagues. I think, that EA Sports won't start adding 181new teams to game.
I agree mostly with your list about new leagues.

- @MV75 Absolutely PHF should will add to game in future, especially when to FIFA 23 has been added two women's league Women's Super League from England and Division 1 Fémine from France and when in both games FIFA and NHL is now first time female co- cover athlete.
Of course Mestis could be good add to game, but I think so USHL and NAHL is better to the game. However USHL is last step in junior hockey before player move to NCAA.
I totally agree, I dont understand why we cant share rosters between Xbox and PS.
