Offline Season mode

I Realize most do not care about offline, but during season mode since NHL 20, if you make a trade in season, the season crashes. It allows you to make the trade, but after the trade, and edit lines, when you go to play the next game, it freezes, then crashes. This has been happening for years now. I have tried numerous things to get it to work, but it never does. I attempted today in NHL 23 during offline season mode. I made a trade between my team and another, then went to play the next game after the trade, and the game crashes, over and over and over again. This is really annoying at this point. This happened to me on XBOX One and now XBOX S.  I have lost so many offline seasons because of this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
