Online and Offline Modes Crashing Consistently

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug has occurred every time I've tried to play the following modes: - EASHL 3's - HUT Rivals - Online VS - Offline 'Play Now' I was able to get through one round of Ones Eliminator but lost in the first round, so I'm not sure if I would have crashed had I continued in the tournament.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game freezes for 5-10 seconds, then flashes a static/pixelated coloured screen, then a black scree, and then either kicks me back to the xbox home screen or turns the console off entirely.
What do you expect to see? The game play out without crashing.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

In trying to play any mode, the game will freeze for 10 seconds, flash a static/pixelated screen, then black, and either the console shuts down or I end up back on the Xbox home screen.

I’ve tested the following modes and this crash has happened every single time, either in the lobby when loading an opponent or the game, or during the game itself:
- HUT Rivals
- Online VS
- EASHL 3’s
- Offline ‘Play Now’
It has even crashed while attempting to just load World of Chel once.
I was able to get through 1 round of Ones Eliminator, but lost so not sure if it would have crashed had I continued in the tournament.
I’ve tried the following to solve the problem:
- Power cycle of Xbox
- Reset MAC Address
- Playing using ethernet connection
- Playing using Wi-Fi connection
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
- Factory reset Xbox and reinstalled game
- Tried playing on the same Xbox on a different gamertag
The crash still occurred without fail after all of these attempted fixes.
