Playing as more then one team in franchise mode

@EA_Aljo  I’ve asked for this feature before but I’ll ask again in case that thread wasn’t seen. I hope you can pass these suggestions on to the team because I’d really like an answers on this quest...

In a previous game, you could switch to another franchise after 3 years.
As a manager, you could still change office equipment, buy means of transport (buses or planes) and so on.
