If it continues to happen, try deleting your gamertag off your console and download it again. You won't lose any data. If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for test. To do that, press the Guide button and then highlight the game tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

Unable to access the pretest technical forum again. Game loads and can play but forum isn’t loading. Says need permission for this profile. 

Can't log into the test forum, I'm not sure how but EA has made it worse. I sat all night , found three dressing rooms, which only ever had me and another person in them. Got into one game with said other person against two other people who quit half way through the first. One of them was cross play. Now sitting this morning , still no games and have to play HUT. You make a good lobby EA, and the menus look nice, it's all I can say about the game, why is it so hard to fill a lobby with 12 people?

Only the account that received the code will be able to access the forums. If you used the code on a different account, you won't have access.

As far as matchmaking goes, the pool of players will grow on Sunday when the next round testing starts.

@EA_Aljo I don't know what the team did but doing these tests has given me the best connections I've ever experienced in the NHL series.  I'm quite shocked in all honesty as my ping is like 20 less than usual and no hiccups.  Living that Florida life is rough but better now.

I'm not aware of any changes other than the new North-Central server, but glad to hear there's an improvement!
