As the description says, there's a boost to reaction time, recovery and save ability when going post to post. What are you experiencing?
Yes but that description doesn't tell me what going post to post is defined as. What qualifies as going post to post? Using the L stick to move right and left in my crease? What about butterfly "post slides" with the right analog stick? Is that going post to post? Is it using L1 to hug the post and then transitioning to the other post?
The issue I'm having is the same as OPs. I can't figure out the trigger conditions for post to post.
For example, butterfly effect triggers whenever you are in butterfly and make a save, or if your goalie auto butterflies to make a save.
Last stand triggers whenever you are in a breakaway scenario, or penalty shot.
Post to post triggers whenever you are going "post to post", but "going post to post" is poorly defined.
Could you clarify this for us please?

I'm working on getting some more details on this for you. As soon as I do, I'll report back.
Edit: I just got some info on this. So, what needs to happen is the puck has to go through the crease and cross the center of it. For example, if the puck starts from the right side, it needs to continue going left and pass the center point of the net. Then, post to post will activate.

Thank you so much for this. This clarifies a lot of things.
