presentation doesn't Work For Nhl 23

I fully expect that EA is tightly controlling the messaging at this point and restricting what their moderators can post.  They are 1 day out from the official launch, and I doubt they are willing to overcommunicate on this thread, particularly given the comments on it being a scam and a legal issue.  They are not good at communicating at the best of times, so I am not surprised that they are stalling on this until they have something formal to report that has passed through their legal team (assuming they actually respond at all to these legitimate concerns).

@EA_AljoI really appreciate the response. It's that type of compassion that does make it somewhat better, cause I know you have no info or control on this matter. I would never want to be negative towards anyone in the industry as all of you work so hard and do well at it. It's just the overall frustration as we also work hard and don't always make a ton of money so when something like this happens it's hard for anyone to stay quiet. I will be keeping an eye on this thread for further details.

I understand man in the arena just trying to do their job that they are paid to do. Truly zero to do with my guy here or community management etc. I cannot understand why they would roll this game out this way. It makes no logica sense. I work in video production and I feel offended that they made that youtube deep dive for the presentation. They tricked me. I play solely for Franchise mode. I don't play against 14 year olds with 99 Mark Messier that they bought with an Am Ex. It should almost be a different game imo. For years, YEARS, this franchise has gotten worse and worse. I actually am not sure there has been on correct decision. Even going HUT instead of VS in the world championships... thats really such a joke I cant believe it.

They stopped getting the rights to goal songs. The Buffalo goal song has been the same Free Music Library Rap Song for years. The jerseys look terrible. The player progression in franchise mode is non sensical. The rosters are TRASH. They have gotten so much worse. Why can't you turn off created prospects? I don't need Desmond Diamond to be a 6'4 88 LW in two years. I want to develop real players. It's really such a shame because franchise mode in this game used to be incredible. It's now not even buyable. I spent 96 dollars to get the new game. I spent that extra money not for the stupid HUT packs or whatever that clownshow is, but because I was so excited to get the game a few days early during a rainy week and start an awesome franchise and reap the new features. But I cant help but feel I was actually robbed by a multinational corporation. 

INSTEAD

The presentation is worse. I mean, it is by far worse than what it used to be. It's 2 seconds. It's the worst play by play crew they could find, I have to turn them off. How can this feature of the game be the MAIN new feature when in fact its not in the game, its not accessible , and the official response is, Yes, this was intentional. We hear you! Just couldn't hear anyone less. I could make this game amazing with legit a 3 hour meeting lol
