With all due respect, getting to 1000 posts about an issue with a game is not something to celebrate. This should have been addressed directly by EA a long time ago. Let’s not let them off the hook here.
I can’t recall in recent memory any other game developer blatantly ignoring their customers in this way. If someone else can remember something similar, let me know.
The game we purchased is not the game advertised and no one seems to care.
If we can’t get a direct response from EA on these forums, maybe this needs to be taken to another platform, like twitter. We can create a hashtag and attempt to get it trending. If successful, that seems like the only way this will get addressed.
